I built a $10m business using brand collaborations to sell products. Now I work with leading brands in the home and building, plus beauty and lifestyle industries design commercial marketing partnerships that create irresistible experiences for their mutual customers and allow both brands to grow.
I’d love to fire up the room at your next internal event, customer conference, kick-off or summit – showing your marketers, sales teams, franchisees, product leaders and B2B customers how to uncover hidden value in their products, partnerships and data, and transform it into sustainable, scalable growth.
I help product brands stop waiting for more budget and start using what they’ve already got.

Commercial + Creative
I speak both CFO and CMO – every story ties back to real numbers and real trade-offs.
Category Fluent
Building products, interiors, beauty, FMCG and franchising are my natural habitat. Your audience doesn’t need Marketing 101.
Easy to work with
Clear, fast communication; the right assets on time; no drama. My job is to make your event – and you – look good.
Actionable
Attendees leave with specific ideas they can plug straight into brand plans, JBPs, channel strategies and partner pitches.
I’ve always been obsessed with what happens when the right brands get together.
As a former product founder who grew a $10M business across five countries using clever collaborations, I learned how to swap stock, stories and screen time for reach, credibility and sales. Since then, I’ve worked with brands in building products, interiors and lifestyle, helping them create collaborations with retailers, designers, media and each other.
On stage I’m practical, high-energy and unapologetically commercial. Your audience gets behind-the-scenes stories, clear frameworks and concrete ideas they can take back to the office – not just inspiration that disappears with the conference lanyard.

How Product Brands Grow Without Extra Media Budget
Most brands are sitting on a goldmine of value they never show on a budget slide: products, samples, showrooms, content, databases and relationships. This keynote reveals how to turn those assets into powerful partnerships that stretch your A&P and delight your trade partners.
Best for:
Marketing conferences, national sales meetings, brand & trade offsites.
Attendees will learn:

How to map their hidden Contra P&L and see what they’re really spending in product and support.

The difference between sponsorship, collaborations and true partnerships – and where each belongs.
A simple framework to design three-way wins for brand, partner and customer.

Partnerships & Local Area Marketing at Scale
Based on my first book SWAP! Marketing Without Money, this keynote is tailored for larger brands with stores, salons, stockists or franchisees. It’s all about helping your network create local collaborations that feel on-brand, commercially smart and easy to execute.
Best for:
Franchise conventions, dealer/stockist conferences, member organisations, council events.
Attendees will learn:
Five partnership formats local outlets can run in the next 90 days.
How to choose partners that elevate the brand (not cheapen it).
How head office can support local marketing with tools, templates and contra – without blowing central budgets.

Making AI Multiply Your Marketing, Not Replace It
Everyone is talking about AI. Very few teams know how to plug it into their categories, channels and partners. This keynote shows your marketing, product and sales teams how to use AI to find opportunities, generate ideas and build campaigns faster – without losing the brand’s voice.
Best for:
Internal marketing days, innovation summits, leadership gatherings, industry conferences.
Attendees will learn:
Where AI can speed up real work: research, campaign ideas, partner mapping, content and decks.
How to keep brand voice and guardrails while using AI tools.
Simple workflows that turn one idea into campaigns, presentations and assets across channels.

Brand Integrations & Partnerships That Audiences Love and Retailers Feel
This keynote taps into my experience with television and entertainment partnerships. It’s for brands and media who want to go beyond product placement and create story-led integrations that feel natural to audiences and powerful to the bottom line.
Best for:
Media & entertainment conferences, brand/content partnership events, agency offsites.
Attendees will learn:
Why some brand integrations feel seamless and others feel awkward.
How to build partnerships between brands, shows and retailers that drive attention and sell-through.
Practical ways to measure success when the impact is spread across awareness, consideration and baskets.

I’m a great fit when your world includes physical products, partners and real commercial pressure.
I regularly speak for:

Product-based brands in home, building products, interiors, beauty, FMCG and lifestyle.

Franchise and multi-site networks with salons, studios, showrooms or retail partners.
Councils, member organisations and associations that support small business and local economies.
Media and production companies wanting to weave brands into content more intelligently.

If your world includes products on shelves, in showrooms, in salons or on screens, I speak your language.

You’ re under pressure to deliver an event that actually changes how people think and work – not just another “inspiring” hour that everyone forgets by the first coffee break.
Maybe you’re:

Tired of speakers who tell great stories but don’t understand product, retail or franchise realities.

Hearing constant messages about “do more with less” while nobody is showing your teams how to do that responsibly.
Sitting on amazing products, stock, content and partners… and feeling like you’re not squeezing the value out of any of it.
Wanting someone who can speak to marketing, sales and leadership in the same room without losing anyone.

That’s where I come in – translating partnerships, contra and AI into simple frameworks and stories your audience can actually use the very next day.

Every room is different, but there are a few things I always aim for:

Clarity – they can finally see where the hidden value is in their products, partners and content.

Language – phrases and frameworks they can drop straight into brand plans, JBPs and internal decks.
Ideas – at least three to five partnership or AI workflows tailored to their world, not someone else’s.
Confidence – a sense that growth is still possible, even when the budget conversation is getting tighter every year.
